Marketing is always a bit of a tightrope walk. You want to be subtle but not obtuse, optimistic without overpromising, and you want to make your product or company or organization seem appealing without sounding disingenuous. Sometimes that balance is obvious, other times it requires a lot of trial and error. The best kind of marketing is memorable because it’s meaningful, even if that need is small. Whatever the case may be, there’s something there to attach to, to be moved by, to be remembered. A price point is easily forgotten, but a feeling can stick around for a while.
