Garden Place Senior Living

Mission:

Increase awareness of the Garden Place Senior Living brand and three senior living communities as well as the company’s various services.

Our Battle Plan:

Many people don’t know who to turn to for help with their aging relatives.  We aimed to educate the public about the senior services that Garden Place provides and promote their position as a resource within the community.  We increased awareness by creating email newsletters, press releases and brochures.  We also improved their social media efforts, newspaper advertisements and pay-per-click advertisements.  By regularly updating their website, posted blog posts and utilized other inbound marketing tools, we keep the community informed.

Success Story:

Our efforts paid off.  Garden Place web traffic jumped 28% from August 2008 to August 2009 and another 15% from August 2009 to August 2010.  Prospect calls, community tours and event attendees also steadily increased. Presently, Garden Place Senior Living is recognized as a major senior resource in the communities they serve.

Website:

Garden Place Senior Living is more than just three senior living communities.  The company serves as a community resource for seniors and their caregivers and provides a variety of senior services.  To educate those with seniors in their care issues, we regularly update website pages and blog posts.  Because of this, more key audiences have been reached, search engine optimization has improved and website traffic has increased more than 43% over the last two years.

Billboard

Because Garden Place’s largest community is in Red Bud, Illinois, we strategically chose a billboard location close to this town to make nearby residents more aware of the company as a senior resource.  Since its creation, tours at the community have increased by 26 percent.

Online Video Tour

The best real estate agents provide tours online, so interested buyers can view available housing online.  We capitalized on this interest in online media by creating an online video tour so that interested seniors and their caregivers could view the benefits of living at a Garden Place community before visiting in person.  Since its creation in 2010, the video is viewed an average of 42 times a month.
